The annual SWNS photography competition is upon us with entrants ranging from aerobatics to a literal game of CAT AND MOUSE.

Funded by Google under their Digital News Initiative SWNS are creating a new way for photographers to be rewarded for their work. With complete transparency, comprehensive reporting and super quick payments they are building a platform to lead the market.

You can vote for your favourites by ticking the heart icon next to each photo and luckily you can vote for more than one. The image that gets the most love will be crowned 'SWNS Picture of the Year 2016'. Voting is open until December 31, the winner will be announced in January and will receive a £250 voucher.
