Lashana Lynch, who is playing Nomi in the film and is the first black agent in the franchise, appeared in an epic Bond-inspired shoot at Pinewood studios.
The action-packed photos feature Lashana in one of her costumes from the film, with all the 007 trimmings, including an Aston Martin DBS Superleggera and a Triumph Thruxton RS motorcycle.
And in keeping with the film franchise’s love of gadgets, every shot was taken on the Nokia 8.3 5G smartphone.
Lashana, 32, said: “The world we live in now means we all have the ultimate gadget in our pockets. It’s amazing what smartphones can do nowadays.
The images were taken by celebrity social media ‘phone-ographer’ Ben Maclean, who at one point found himself suspended 30 feet in the air on a rig to capture the action-packed images.
The thrilling stills of the epic 00 shoot were created to mark the official release of the Nokia 8.3 5G smartphone after research revealed a third of Brits consider themselves to be ‘phone-ographers’.
In fact, the average adult takes 12 pictures a day – working out at almost 4,500 per year.
It also emerged 31 per cent have become more of a fan of photography or ‘phone-ography’ since lockdown.
Ben Maclean said: “Shooting a 00 agent at Pinewood Studios was pretty epic, especially suspended 30 feet in the air and capturing everything on a smartphone."
